Nature is my company- seeing beauty in it and reflecting on life and missing my wonderful brother John. Having a chat with him in a walk or seeing a beautiful glimmer of a rainbow, a raindrop, sunrise, sunset, spray off the back of a wave, sunbeams breaking through clouds - all of the things we both took an awe and a joy in. Those little glimmers of light when it often feels so dark are my company when it’s tough. Be kind to yourself xxx
