Calling All Salons and Wellness Partners

Become a Founding Partner of Feel Good February.

This is more than just a campaign; it's an opportunity to align your business with Suicide&Co, the only national charity providing one-to-one specialised support for those bereaved by suicide. By participating, you will:

  • Fundraise for and raise vital awareness of suicide bereavement right in your local community.

  • Simultaneously promote the importance of self-care—a value already central to your business.

The Core Concept: Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good

The premise is simple, high-impact, and effortless for your team and clients:

  • The Commitment: We ask your business to dedicate one single day during February to the campaign.

  • The Action: On your chosen day, you will donate 50% of that day's total takings (revenue) to Suicide&Co.

We recognise the role hairdressers and wellness professionals play in holding powerful, daily conversations where sensitive and complex topics, such as suicide-related grief and bereavement, are often raised.

We know that your team already possesses the essential empathy and compassion required to manage these conversations; you wouldn't be in this role if you didn't!

However, to further support you in these important moments, in return for your participation in this campaign, we will provide your salon with access to bespoke, on-demand training specifically focused on navigating conversations surrounding suicide-related grief.

Why Partner with Us for Feel Good February?

This initiative is a powerful, dual-impact strategy. It's designed not only to raise vital funds for suicide bereavement support and community awareness but also to serve as a high-value marketing and community engagement tool that directly benefits your salon.

1. Supporting and Raising Awareness of Suicide-related Grief

Your participation directly supports Suicide&Co, a national charity providing vital support to those bereaved by suicide. The funds raised will directly power their free Counselling Service for adults in England, Wales and Scotland. It also creates a safe, open opportunity to raise awareness of grief and suicide bereavement, a topic that profoundly affects our community.

2. Encouraging Positive Self-Care Actions

Your salon is a haven of self-care. We will position the act of getting a service (haircut, manicure, massage) on your day as a conscious positive self-care action. This aligns perfectly to encourage your local community to engage in behaviours that make them "feel good," promoting mental wellness throughout February.

3. Enhanced Reputation and Visibility

  • Positive PR: Position your business as a compassionate community leader. We will highlight your generosity across all our promotional channels, emphasising your role in supporting our services.

  • Drive Foot Traffic: The campaign creates a compelling incentive for clients—old and new—to book their appointments specifically on your dedicated day because they know their money is directly supporting bereaved families.

  • Simple: The process is designed to be seamless. It integrates into your existing schedule and payment system with minimal disruption.

Every partner will receive a Digital Toolkit (social media templates, posters, awareness materials) and dedicated promotion as a business helping our community prioritise care and positive behaviours.
