10 Before 10 Challenge and Community
Get moving for your mind before the day really begins on the 10th of every month.
Whether you want to run a 10KM, clock 10,000 steps, spark 10 meaningful conversations, meditate for 10 minutes or swim 10 lengths. Wherever you are, and whatever your pace, we all finish at 10:00 AM.
Get Involved
SOLO
Take on the challenge in your own time, at your own pace, right from your front door. If hitting your "10" helped your morning, consider giving a little bit back to help someone else.
Host your own
Are you part of a running club, a walking group, a friend circle, or a workplace that could take this on? We want you to champion the movement! Bring #10Before10 to your local community—it’s just once a month, it fosters incredible connection, and it raises vital funds for an amazing cause.
